This new clinic was carefully sited on the property to retain nearly all existing trees, which were significant to the Owners.

The project comprises four consulting rooms , 6 procedure spaces and associated administration, waiting and circulation spaces.

Passive solar principles were applied to this commercial project to minimise heating and cooling costs.

The construction is heavily insulated tiimber frame, with some large and high frame walls which the Builder has elected to install full size in the manner of  tilt panels
