One of our favourite projects, this residence due to commence construction 2011 has been designed with rugged simplicity and the owner builder in mind, but without recourse to a plain box as a base.
There is so much to say about this project but I'll have to get to it over time. One particular design idea is the roof framing details which alow the installation of a sloped roof using only flat roofing members.
We will be keeping a journal on this one as it gets going so if you are interested come back later in the year to see if we are up and running....
